Are you a manufacturer?List your product with us →Q01What should I include in a quote request?
Product and grade (or CAS number), quantity and whether it repeats, destination port, and the delivery term you compare prices on. A specification or a COA from your current source helps us answer precisely.
Q02Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Tell us the test you plan to run and where to send it, and we will size the sample for that test rather than sending a token amount.
Q03Which documents can you share before I order?
Ask for the SDS, TDS, specification or a recent COA for the product and grade you are considering. Every consignment then ships with its own batch COA, current SDS and TDS.
Q04Which delivery terms do you quote on?
FOB, CIF, CFR, CPT and DAP. We export from Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Hazira and Chennai and quote landed to your port.
Q05Do you supply small quantities?
Laboratory and pilot quantities are how many supply relationships start. Tell us the quantity you need and we will tell you what is possible.
Q06The product I need is not on your website. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Add it in the enquiry builder by typing its name or CAS number, or email it to source@chelorachemicals.com, and we will check availability.
